Malbec Estate 7. THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD.  Malbec Estate 7 is 6.7 acres (2.7 hectares) including a building site of 100 x 115 feet (30 x 35 meters) fully provisioned with underground utilities including city water and electricity, plus broadband Internet access.  The vineyard on the estate is approximately 5.7 acres (2.3 hectares) of five-year old Malbec that produced a gold medal winning wine from its first harvest in 2006.  The vineyard is certified organic according to standards established by the USA, European Union and Argentina.

Our bilingual Spanish-English Vineyard Manager supervises a capable team with all the required tools and equipment.  His protocols for pruning, canopy management and other key tasks are designed to produce approximately 1,200 twelve-bottle cases of a reserve quality wine for sale in the local market and for export.  Our licensed bilingual Enologist will produce wine in his fully-equipped winery for your target consumer - and to enjoy with your family and friends!

On the building site within the estate our bilingual Architect can design a private villa to your specifications and supervise construction by a reputable general contractor.  One popular villa is a Mendocino design of 2,800 square feet (260 square meters) with three guest rooms, a separate owner’s suite, gourmet kitchen, dining room, living area and library, wine cellar, spacious outdoor galleries, private swimming pool, and a brick parilla for an authentic Argentine asado.

We offer high quality construction including granite counter tops, hand painted tiles, wood framed windows and brand name appliances.  Your custom-designed villa will be surrounded by vineyards and a nearby olive grove and fruit orchard with the Andes foothills in the background.
